Installation and Training (new systems)
When you purchase a new laboratory instrument,
you want to get started using it and producing results as quickly as possible.
Nothing gets your new system up and running faster than having a trained
technician visit your lab to install the system and train you and your staff to
use it properly. Installation and training visits are not included in the
pricing on our standard price list, but we do generally include an optional
installation fee on quotations. We find that customers who receive
assistance from the beginning ask fewer questions later and have more success
using the equipment. We encourage you to invest in this valuable service.
Training (existing systems)
In today's fast-paced world, it seems like
someone is always moving to a new laboratory. Frequently, this involves
acquiring laboratory equipment that had been procured by a predecessor. If
you have acquired one or more of our products through such a restructuring or a
move, we would like to provide training for you and your staff to help you get
up and running. We offer on-site training for a nominal fee for systems
that are still under warranty and those that are covered by a Service Level
Agreement. For systems that are not already covered, we offer you the
option of taking out a new Service Level Agreement, which would enable us to
offer you our on-site training service.
Consulting
No matter the depth of your laboratory staff, it
is inevitable that a time will come when you discover that you need something
done in an area in which your staff are not well-trained. We hope that you
will contact us first when this happens to find out whether we can offer the
particular service that you need. We can offer assistance with a range of
issues, including but not limited to:
