Precise Sine/Square Wave Signal Generator

The SG10 RSR 10 MHz signal generator is a sine and square waveform generator that can be used in testing data acquisition systems. The design is based on DDS technology, meaning that it is fully microprocessor controlled for clean, accurate DC to 10MHz waveforms with frequency accuracy of 0.02% and 0.1Hz frequency resolution.  Produces both sine and square waveforms.  The frequency range is DC to 10 MHz in 0.1 Hz steps.  The sine wave output provides 5Vpp no load, variable amplitude control.  The square wave output produces 5Vpp no load.  The compact size of this unit is a particular advantage: 3.8in; x 5.7in; x 1.5in.
